We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-First) to lead product development, drive high-impact technical decisions, and raise the engineering bar across the team.

⚙️ What you'll do

? Build & scale — Backend services in NestJS, frontend applications in Next.js.

? Model & optimize data — PostgreSQL for structure, Redis for caching and performance.

? Ship reliably — Lead containerized deployments with Docker, working closely with CI/CD.

? Architect AI workflows — Integrate LLMs, agents, and code copilots into the development lifecycle. Not just as a user — as the person designing how the team works with AI.

? Decide, don't wait — Make architectural calls with strong technical judgment, without constant oversight.

? Level up the team — Mentor other developers and raise code quality standards.

? Communicate — Work fluently in English with product, stakeholders, and engineers in the US.

? What we're looking for

? Technical

✅ 5+ years of solid senior-level experience as a Full Stack Developer

✅ Backend: NestJS, REST APIs, PostgreSQL (relational modeling, queries, migrations)





✅ Performance: Redis for caching

✅ Frontend: Next.js / React

✅ Infrastructure: Docker and containerized deployments

✅ AI-first mindset: Active, advanced use of Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar — not just "I know how to use ChatGPT"

?️ Language

✅ C1 English or higher (spoken and written) — you'll work directly with US-based team members and stakeholders

? Soft skills

✅ Technical leadership — able to guide architectural decisions and support other developers

✅ Autonomy, strong judgment, and proactive communication

✅ Comfortable across multiple business lines in a fast-changing context
