As part of a global Source-to-Pay transformation leveraging Coupa and ServiceNow, Brink's is establishing a Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) and PMO function to drive governance, standardization, and operational alignment across procurement processes. This function serves as the control point between business users, category teams, shared services (MSP), and system partners to ensure effective execution of the global design.
JOB SUMMARY
This is not a traditional procurement sourcing role. We are seeking a Procurement Transformation and PMO professional responsible for governance, execution control, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and post-go-live stabilization across a integral Source-to-Pay transformation.
The Procurement Transformation PMO Lead is a critical role within the Procurement GPO/PMO function, responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution visibility, cross-functional coordination, and operational risk management as Brink's transitions into post-go-live stabilization and scale.
This role reports into the S2C Global Process Owner within the Procurement GPO/PMO function and will act as the execution control layer across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, coordinating across intake, sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, and transaction execution.
The role will work closely with Category teams, Finance, AP, IT, Accenture, and the Managed Services Provider (MSP) to ensure that processes operate as intended and that risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
