The Role

We are seeking a Principal Consultant to play a pivotal role in managing delivery across our infrastructure consulting portfolio in LATAM. This role requires strong analytical capability, proven project management skills, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams while maintaining close client relationships.

As a Principal Consultant, you will:

- Act as a trusted advisor and primary day-to-day contact for clients, representing Infrata/dss+ in the market and building long-term relationships.
- Manage and oversee delivery of cross-functional infrastructure advisory projects, ensuring high-quality outputs across technical, commercial, financial, and planning workstreams.
- Lead internal improvement initiatives related to process optimisation, knowledge management, and enhancing team capabilities to meet current and future strategic needs.

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong track record of delivery within the infrastructure sector, ideally across technical advisory, commercial due diligence, project development, or asset operations.
- Good understanding of Lenders' needs and expectations when financing "project finance" infrastructure projects in Colombia and broader LATAM.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting complex material to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building capability and ease working with senior-level client teams.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement, process enhancement
