Role Description The Personal Injury Paralegal role at Provana is a full-time, on-site position based in the Medellín Metropolitan Area. This role supports attorneys handling personal injury matters by organizing case files, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and maintaining accurate records. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, drafting correspondence and pleadings, coordinating with clients and external parties, and tracking case deadlines and court dates.

The paralegal will also assist with discovery responses, medical record summaries, and settlement documentation, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards.



Collaboration with legal team members and adherence to confidentiality and professional ethics are essential. In addition, the Paralegal must be willing to collaborate in the intake process.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in Law with demonstrable experience in personal injury.

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement documents.

Strong Communication skills for working with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders.

Ability to conduct thorough Research on cases, statutes, regulations, and medical or factual issues.

Experience in Document Review, including case files, medical records, and legal correspondence for accuracy and completeness.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, or related field; paralegal certification is an advantage.

Professional fluency in Spanish; working proficiency in English is highly beneficial.
