We are looking for an experienced Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team in Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for U.S. payroll tax filings, reconciliations, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes for a multi-state payroll environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings.
- Process payroll tax payments while ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Reconcile payroll tax reports and payroll records.
- Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Research payroll tax issues and support compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams on payroll tax projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate payroll tax records and documentation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in U.S. Payroll Tax.
- Experience preparing and filing Federal and State payroll taxes.
- Experience reconciling Forms 941, W-2, W-2C, and State tax filings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- English level: C1 or higher.
- Experience with ADP MasterTax (preferred).
- Experience with PrismHR, PEO, or ASO (preferred).
