We're looking for an experienced OTR Specialist who enjoys taking ownership of operations, building strong relationships with carriers, and ensuring every shipment moves efficiently from pickup to delivery.

What You'll Do

- Manage and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
- Coordinate daily with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate with carriers to secure capacity and resolve operational challenges.
- Identify potential disruptions and proactively implement solutions before they impact the customer.
- Provide timely shipment updates and maintain accurate information across operational systems.
- Build strong relationships with carriers through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Ensure all documentation, shipment statuses, and operational records remain accurate and up to date.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.





What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience as a Dispatcher within the U.S. logistics industry.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience coordinating multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with carriers and customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
