Job Title: Operations Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a finance support team, ensuring service excellence, process efficiency, and achievement of operational KPIs. The adecuado candidate will have strong people management, stakeholder management, and process improvement experience within a finance operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of AP & AR Associates, Team Leads, and Trainers.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Drive process improvements and implement operational best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and operational standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing finance operations, preferably Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, workforce planning, and operational reporting.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
