ERP Specialist | Configure, Implement, and Optimize Business Systems

Location: Remote | Colombia

About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented ERP Specialist to join our team and help configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, customize ERP modules (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.), and provide ongoing system support.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–5 years of experience in ERP configuration, implementation, or support.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.).




- Strong analytical skills to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize ERP modules (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Provide user training and support to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Work with senior team members to analyze and resolve system issues.
- Participate in vendor selection and requirements definition for new ERP projects.
