About The Role In this role you will help shape cloud-native healthcare solutions that support safer patient care and operational excellence. You will take ownership of building secure, reliable, and user-friendly software that delivers critical operational insights for healthcare professionals while contributing to high-quality engineering practices that support evolving business needs Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and React to deliver scalable solutions that support evolving business and product requirements

Build and maintain backend services, microservices, and REST APIs, taking ownership of secure, reliable, and maintainable application capabilities that enable enterprise software

Collaborate with cross-functional teams by contributing to technical solutions, architectural discussions, and design reviews that support business goals and long-term product success

Develop responsive, reusable, and intuitive user interfaces using React to provide a consistent and user-focused experience across the application

Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes within AWS cloud environments to support scalable and reliable software delivery

Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines together with automated testing practices to strengthen software quality and delivery efficiency

Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend and backend issues to improve application stability, performance, and maintainability.

Perform code reviews, share technical expertise, and leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot,



to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and software delivery efficiency Requirements Strong experience in full-stack software engineering, including hands-on development of enterprise-grade or SaaS applications

Advanced proficiency with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core

Strong experience developing modern web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Solid knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, component-based development, responsive UI design, REST API design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture

Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and relational or NoSQL databases

Solid experience working in Agile delivery environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical challenges and deliver effective solutions across frontend and backend components

Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development while maintaining high engineering standards

Excellent collaboration and communication skills
