We are looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives across Colombia and the United States.

Location: 100% Remote

Contract Type: Indefinite-Term Contract Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Manage and schedule social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for Colombia and the U.S. markets.

Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns.

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.

Support marketing automation initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.

Assist in the management and optimization of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify or similar tools.

Support paid digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Coordinate the creation of digital content,



including graphics and short-form videos.

Leverage AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign optimization, and marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related areas.

Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and digital advertising concepts.

Experience working with AI tools for marketing and content creation is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required).

Plus

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is a strong plus.
