Our team of Logistics Coordinators fill an essential link between our customers and our carriers.
Logistics
Coordinators take orders that are generated by our sales team and competitively bid shipping rates among various LTL shipping companies and small parcel shippers. After determining the lowest cost shipping option that meets our customers’ needs, Logistics Coordinators prepare the Bill of Lading and shipping documents and send them to the appropriate carrier. This is a fast paced, team-oriented role. We pride ourselves on being friendly, respectful and hard working!
Essential duties and responsibilities
· Quoting/booking shipping via LTL, Common Carriers
· Creating shipping documents
· Following up on orders to ensure prompt pickup
· Tracking Shipments
· Scheduling pickups at with multiple carriers
· Communicating with customers and third-party services.
Qualification requirements
· An adecuado candidate will have 1+ years of experience bidding and managing LTL shipments in the US
· Experience with Cubix bidding software (or similar) a plus
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Good organizational, time-management and mathematical skills
· Fluency in English required, additional fluency in Spanish a plus
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Dependable, reliable, and a team player!
· Must be proficient with email and spreadsheets,

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Bidding or Booking LTL Freight: 1+ years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
