Role Description ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE Personal Injury Law Firm Litigation Paralegal Experience The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake through resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents, managing case files in Filevine, Ring Central, Google Workspace, assisting with discovery, and coordinating communication with clients, medical providers, and courts. The role involves conducting factual and legal research, preparing and filing pleadings and motions, scheduling depositions and hearings, preparing demand packages,



record retrieval, communicating regularly with clients (including Spanish-speaking clients as needed), and tracking key deadlines.

We use Time Doctor and run reports daily for KPIs.

Compensation Salary is commensurate with experience. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in legal document preparation and document review, including drafting, formatting, and organizing case materials.

Candidates should possess skills in legal research, including researching case law, statutes, regulations, and fact patterns relevant to personal injury litigation.

Candidates should possess skills in preparing and managing pleadings and motions, including filing procedures and familiarity with court rules in NY, NJ, and/or PA.

Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should possess proficiency with legal case management software (Filevine experience a plus), legal research platforms such as LexisNexis, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Candidates should possess prior paralegal or legal assistant experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury or related practice areas; a paralegal certificate or relevant coursework is beneficial.

Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
