We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our team.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with guiding others toward successful project outcomes. You will have the opportunity to influence technical direction while contributing to the growth and development of your colleagues in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities Guide the technical direction of software projects from initial concept through to deployment
Review code submitted by team members and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards
Break down complex technical requirements into manageable tasks for the development team
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to help team members grow their technical skill sets
Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals
Identify potential technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies
Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices across projects
Support the onboarding process for new team members joining the development team
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to drive project momentum
Track project progress and communicate updates on timelines and deliverables to relevant parties Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in software development
At least one year of experience leading and managing a small development team (2–3 people), taking ownership of projects and initiatives
Solid grasp of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and commonly used design patterns
Strong back-end development experience with .NET (including recent versions such as .NET 9/10), C#, ASP.NET Core, and building REST APIs
Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS/LESS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and single-page application (SPA) frameworks such as ReactJS and jQuery
Database experience with SQL, including T-SQL and platforms such as SQL Server 2008+, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
Proven ability to design, develop, configure, and test software products from the ground up
Capable of leading a small team while also being able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
Genuine interest in staying current with emerging technologies and methodologies, and applying them to real-world projects
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to have Experience with Angular for building dynamic front-end applications
Familiarity with Docker for containerizing applications and streamlining deployment processes
Knowledge of Kubernetes for orchestrating and managing containerized applications at scale
Experience with unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability
Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, LiteDB, or Cassandra as an optional but valuable skill
Experience with Git for code versioning, with familiarity in Gitflow considered a plus We offer International projects with top brands
