Lead Product Designer at BairesDev

As a Lead Product Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product experience, from initial discovery to final shipping. You will champion a user-centered approach, ensuring that every design decision aligns with broader product strategies and contributes to a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.

What You'll Do

- Drive the full design lifecycle, overseeing everything from initial ideation and prototyping to high-fidelity execution.
- Lead the evolution and governance of scalable design systems to maintain visual and functional consistency.
- Facilitate discovery phases and conduct user research to uncover actionable insights that shape the product roadmap.




- Partner with engineering and product teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Optimize Design Operations and workflows to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end product design, covering discovery, ideation, and shipping.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems.
- Extensive experience in product strategy and conducting user research to guide design decisions.
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and managing Design Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
