We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive data semantics, governance, and AI/ML integration within an AWS-focused engagement.

You will own key technical decisions, shape governance processes, and apply Amazon SageMaker capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes—apply now to make an impact.

Responsibilities Lead the data engineering workstream and own technical decisions end to end

Design and implement data governance frameworks aligned to organizational needs

Define data models, ontologies, and a semantic layer to support analytics use cases

Build AI/ML integration workflows using Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio

Develop and integrate AI agents to enable intelligent data and analytics experiences

Design analytics platform components following AWS best practices

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align scope, priorities,



and delivery Requirements 5+ years of data engineering experience

AWS data and analytics experience

Proven leadership experience leading a data engineering workstream

Strong project ownership skills in consulting-style engagements

Expert-level Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio skills

Expert-level AI agent development and integration skills

Advanced data governance skills and process implementation experience

AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty certification

Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work independently
