We are searching for an accomplished Lead DevOps Engineer who excels in technical leadership, demonstrates a high level of accountability, and brings a forward-thinking approach to architecture and operational best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong record of developing, automating, and maintaining enterprise cloud platforms, with expertise in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and cloud reliability engineering.
Responsibilities Design and implement highly available and resilient cloud infrastructure
Partner with development and operations teams to refine deployment pipelines and boost overall system performance
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring processes
Promote and enforce CI/CD standards and workflows across multiple teams
Manage and resolve incidents in both live and test environments
Maintain and improve documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures
Ensure all cloud operations adhere to security and compliance requirements
Provide mentorship and technical guidance on DevOps tools and cloud technologies
Participate in incident reviews and drive improvements for system reliability
Explore and recommend innovative tools and practices to advance the DevOps environment Requirements Five or more years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles
At least one year of experience in a leadership or team coordination capacity
Solid hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS, for designing and supporting cloud solutions
Proven ability to maintain high-availability systems supporting critical business functions
Experience working in large organizations with complex application ecosystems and multiple stakeholders
Direct involvement in the architecture, rollout, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions
In-depth expertise with Kubernetes for managing containerized applications
Strong Python skills for automation and scripting
Background in at least one statically typed, object-oriented, managed-runtime language such as C# or Java for backend and automation work
Comprehensive knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools for cloud resource management
Experience using DevOps, CI/CD,
and release management platforms like GitLab to streamline delivery processes
Proficient in English at B2+ level or above, both written and spoken Nice to have Experience with Azure Automation Account and Azure Virtual Machines for streamlining Azure resource management
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate certification
Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional certification for advanced cloud architecture
Kubernetes certifications such as CKA or CKAD to validate Kubernetes administration or development skills
Terraform certification to demonstrate advanced Infrastructure as Code capabilities with Terraform We offer International projects with top brands
