We're looking for an Associate Consultant to join our team. This is a high-impact, entry-level role for recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation in strategy consulting with responsibility and exposure that most firms wouldn't give someone this early in their career.
You'll work directly on client projects from day one, playing a variety of roles depending on the engagement: conducting market research, identifying opportunities for new products and services, and building the presentations that drive client decisions. Our pace is fast, the bar is high, and the learning curve is steep — but so is the depth of experience you'll walk away with.
What you'll do
- Conduct primary and secondary research (qualitative and quantitative) to evaluate markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new products, services, or strategic directions
- Synthesize research and analysis into clear, high-impact presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Support end-to-end project work across a range of industries and problem types
- Take ownership of workstreams and drive them forward with minimal oversight
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and clients, contributing ideas from day one
Who you are
- A recent graduate with 0–3 years of experience (any major — we value diverse academic backgrounds)
- A track record of taking initiative, whether in school, work, extracurriculars, or personal projects
- Sharp analytical thinking paired with fast, pragmatic, entrepreneurial problem-solving
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure unstructured problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can distill complex ideas into a clear narrative
- A integral or unique background/perspective that adds a different lens to how we think about problems
