About the Role: Role: Junior Buyer

Location: Colombia (Remote)

Employment Type:



Contract (6 months and good chances of extension) Key Responsibilities:

Process procurement requests and purchase tickets.

Create and maintain purchase orders for equipment, materials, and supplies.

Track purchase orders and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Resolve routine purchasing issues and support procurement operations.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

6 months to 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, data entry, administrative support, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

Familiarity with procurement systems or ticketing platforms.

Knowledge of purchase orders, vendor coordination, and inventory processes.

Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations is a plus.
