Requirements

• Required – Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience with Java 8/9/11, Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Core)
- CAMUNDA (BPM/workflow engine) Java EE, JMS, JAX-WS, JAX-RS.
- RESTful Services, SQL.
- Wildfly/JBoss, XML/XSLT, JSON, Jackson, JAXB.
- Scrum.

• Required – Soft Skills

- Client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions with stakeholders.

• Nice to Have (Technical Skills)

- CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
- API Management (Google Cloud/Apigee)
- AI Tools/Projects.
- Consul or similar service discovery tools.
- Industry experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership platforms.

• Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

- Design and develop backend services.
- Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs.




- Implement JMS-based integrations and messaging solutions.
- Develop and support Java EE applications.
- Manage data serialization and transformation processes.
- Deploy and support applications on Wildfly/JBoss.
- Gather and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Propose and present technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Support workflow automation with CAMUNDA.
