Starlight is looking for an experienced Intake Coordinator to manage the intake process for new clients and families seeking ABA services. This role is key to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely start to each client's care journey.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full intake process for new clients and families
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and clinical staff
- Accurately enter and manage client information in CentralReach
- Schedule initial assessments and coordinate onboarding steps
- Track and follow up on incoming inquiries and referrals
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Intake Coordinator required
- Hands-on experience with CentralReach required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
