Position: Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual)

Location: Envigado, Antioauia - Colombia

Employment Type: Full-time – Indefinite-term contract

Salary: COP $3,600,000

Language Requirement: Bilingual – Advanced English

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Legal Intake Specialist with advanced English, to join our team. This role is essential for the initial evaluation, intake, and management of potential legal cases, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and efficient experience for prospective and existing clients.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, playing a critical role in case qualification and internal coordination with the legal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and qualify inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients in English and Spanish .
- Collect, review, and organize relevant information for case intake.
- Conduct initial case assessments based on internal guidelines.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in the case management system (CRM).
- Coordinate case assignments with attorneys and legal staff.




- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams regarding pending requests.
- Support administrative tasks related to the legal intake process.

Requirements

- Prior experience in legal intake, call center, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
- Advanced English – spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office tools and CRM or case management systems.
- High level of confidentiality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
