The person joining as Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying high-potential content creators, building relationships with them, negotiating collaborations, coordinating deliverables, and managing the creator partnership process from initial outreach to final content delivery.
This person will become the main point of contact for creators working with our brands and will play a central role in building a reliable, scalable, and high-quality creator network.

Role The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for owning the relationship with UGC creators and influencers from beginning to end.
This person identifies creators who naturally connect with each brand, reaches out to them, negotiates collaboration terms, communicates briefs, follows up on deadlines, reviews submitted content, coordinates revisions, and helps turn the strongest creators into long-term partners.
The role requires a combination of relationship-building, negotiation, organization, creative judgment, and consistent follow-through.
Influencer Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate UGC creators and influencers based on brand fit, authenticity, communication style, content quality, and reliability.
- Contact creators, build relationships, negotiate fees, deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, and collaboration terms.
- Communicate briefs clearly and make sure creators understand the brand, content requirements, formats, and expected delivery dates.
- Track multiple creator collaborations, follow up on deadlines, resolve blockers, and keep all information and files organized.
- Review submitted content, provide clear feedback, coordinate revisions, and develop long-term relationships with the strongest creators.
What This Role Is Not
- This is not a traditional Community Manager role focused on publishing content or responding to comments.
- This is not a general Virtual Assistant position.
- This is not a role based on mass outreach or selecting creators only by follower count.
- This is not a Video Editor, Content Creator, or Creative Strategist position.
- This is not suitable for someone who avoids negotiation or struggles to manage multiple conversations and deadlines.
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator owns creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, follow-up, first-level content review, revisions, and creator rebooking. Creative Strategists own creative direction. Video Editors own final editing. Marketing leadership owns budgets and final business priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation of up to USD 15,000 per year,
depending on experience and performance.

Adecuado Candidate
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the confidence to manage external creators professionally.
- Excellent instinct for identifying creators who feel authentic and naturally aligned with a brand and its audience.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators, brands, deliverables, deadlines, and revisions in parallel.
- Clear written and spoken communication in Spanish and English, with a minimum B2 English level.
- Previous experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator relations, social media, community management, talent coordination, or account management.
Tools & Work Style
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or similar project management tools.
- Experience with Insense or other creator management platforms is a plus.
- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Available to work with significant overlap with U.S. business hours, ideally Eastern Time.
- Comfortable giving feedback, following up consistently, and holding creators accountable.
