Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead daily import and export operations across Air and Ocean Freight. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for supervising the operations team, ensuring service quality, resolving escalations, and driving performance while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily Import & Export operations for Air and Ocean Freight.

Lead, coach, and support the operations team to ensure productivity, service quality, and compliance with company procedures.

Monitor team performance, attendance, and workload to ensure operational efficiency.

Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize service disruptions.

Coordinate with internal departments, customers, carriers, and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Ensure shipments are processed accurately and within customer and carrier deadlines.

Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels.

Support employee training, coaching, and performance development initiatives.





Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performance work environment.

Perform additional logistics and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Import & Export Operations, including Air Freight and Ocean Freight.

Previous experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Team Lead, Senior Operations Specialist, or similar leadership role is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, international shipping processes, customs documentation, and transportation operations.

Experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to operational challenges.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

English proficiency: B2–C1 (required).
