Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and demand generation efforts across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth, leading the marketing team, overseeing multi-channel campaigns, and aligning closely with Sales and RevOps to achieve business goals. The idóneo candidate has proven experience marketing technology services to U.S. buyers and making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the B2B marketing strategy for the U.S. market.
- Own Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generation and pipeline growth.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while managing priorities and execution.
- Oversee SEO, AEO, paid media, content marketing, email campaigns, and ABM initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to optimize funnel performance and attribution.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- 3+ years leading marketing teams.
- Experience marketing software development,
IT services, consulting, or technology services to U.S. clients.
- Proven ownership of lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Experience across SEO, AEO, paid media, content marketing, email marketing, and ABM.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and marketing analytics.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
- Experience in Nearshore or Outsourcing companies.
- Experience with AI-driven search (AEO).
- Experience with attribution platforms and advanced analytics.
- Experience managing marketing budgets
