Role Description: As a full-time Growth Associate, you will support and execute initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across Echo Money’s products. You will conduct market research to identify customer segments, analyze competitive landscapes, and generate data-driven insights to inform growth strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting sales outreach, nurturing leads, coordinating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve funnel performance.

You will help manage projects end-to-end, track key metrics, and prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. The role also involves frequent communication with prospects, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of growth initiatives. Qualifications:





Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.

2+ years of experience in a similar role or demonstrated interest in market research, including gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to generate actionable insights.

Foundational sales skills, such as lead qualification, pipeline support, and relationship-building with potential customers or partners.

Basic marketing knowledge, including digital channels, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.

Project management abilities, including task prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working with numbers and tools such as spreadsheets, CRM systems, or analytics platforms.

Interest in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure and a willingness to learn about stablecoins and Banking-as-a-Service.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
