For this position, you will work in a hybrid model and be expected to be on site 3 days per week, combining in-person collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely on selected days.

What You Will Do (responsibilities)

- Lead the field quality and reliability strategy for the Pacific cluster, ensuring a proactive approach to product performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Drive the investigation, prioritization, and resolution of field quality issues by leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions that minimize recurrence and strengthen product quality performance.
- Oversee warranty-related topics and support decisions that help optimize quality costs, reduce exposure, and improve the overall efficiency and competitiveness of the operation.
- Ensure quality readiness for new product launches by coordinating key deliverables, monitoring launch milestones, supporting capture test fleet evaluations,



and leading high-level quality reviews aligned with global processes.
- Analyze customer feedback, survey results, and warranty incident trends to identify risks and opportunities, translating insights into action plans that improve key quality indicators and protect customers in the field.
- Coordinate and support field actions such as campaigns, port holds, and containment measures whenever necessary, always with a strong focus on customer protection and timely execution.
- Build strong partnerships with Customer Care and Aftersales, Product Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, assembly plants, Legal, Finance, and integral source teams to align priorities and accelerate the resolution of quality concerns.
- Act as a key point of connection between regional needs and global support teams, ensuring effective communication, escalation, and follow-through on critical quality matters.
