What You'll Do

Manage, control, and execute processes related to the onboarding, maintenance, updating, and customer service of international and offshore banking clients. Ensure compliance with regulations and operational excellence while administering international products. Support the evolution and optimization of the value proposition through data analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in digital transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or related fields. 2 to 4 years of experience in financial entities, fintechs, or companies related to international financial services. Desirable experience in international banking, foreign currency products, and customer onboarding processes.
