About The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Freight Pricing Specialist to join our growing team in Medellín. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex and high-value freight quotations while ensuring competitive, accurate pricing across multiple transportation modes.
You'll also serve as a subject matter expert (SME), supporting escalations, coaching junior team members, and collaborating with multiple departments to continuously improve pricing strategies and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Manage complex, strategic, and urgent freight quotations.
- Validate pricing competitiveness, profitability, and accuracy.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for non-standard and complex pricing requests.
- Support workload distribution and assist in handling operational escalations.
- Coach and guide junior pricing team members.
- Identify pricing, process,
and rate gaps while proposing improvements.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive solutions.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Pricing.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Inland Transportation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members.
- Experience working in fast-paced logistics or freight forwarding environments.
