Financial Data Analyst – Precision Is Your Way of Caring

You don’t work with data just to be “accurate.”

You’re the kind of person who catches what others miss, not because it’s your responsibility — but because you care.

At Pharmbills, we’re looking for a Financial Data Analyst who sees the human side of the numbers.

You’ll cooperate with our finance and billing teams to keep operations smooth, clean, and trustworthy — across U.S. healthcare clients.

This is a contract, remote role,



providing services during New York business hours. You’ll be deep in the data — but always connected to the bigger picture.

What You'll Actually Do:

- Classify and reconcile financial transactions (QuickBooks Online)
- Support billing, accounts payable, and tax processes
- Help close the month with clarity and confidence
- Build and manage databases and reports (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
- Analyze customer data for insights, trends, and process improvements
- Help us stay compliant, accurate, and ahead of problems

What We're Looking For:

- 3–5 years of experience in finance or data analysis
- Strong Excel + SQL skills (QuickBooks experience is a big plus)
- Familiarity with structured data (JSON, XML)
- A sharp eye, steady hands, and deep
