Finance and Operations, Senior Associate – LATAM

Palladium is recruiting for an experienced Finance and Operations, Senior Associate – LATAM at our Bogota, Colombia office.

About the Role:

Reporting to the LATAM Operations Lead, the Finance and Operations Senior Associate will provide support to the finance, operations and administrative function of the UKPACT and P4F2 programmes. The position will ensure financial, operations and administrative systems and processes for the programmes are managed in line with corporate and clients contract requirements This includes working closely with other members of the programmes and with Palladium’s corporate functions.

Location:

This is a full-time position and will be based in Bogota, Colombia.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide financial and administrative support
- Process accounts payable (invoices and payment approvals) and accounts receivable invoices (when necessary)
- Ensure all finances are managed in compliance with government regulations, as well as company and client financial policies and procedures
- Support financial processes, including preparing and reviewing budgets, monthly financial reports, and expenditure forecasts
- Work closely with the accounting service provider to ensure accurate financial reporting
- When applicable, assist with internal or external audit activities
- Lead the processing of local payroll and work closely with the payroll service provider
- Main point of contact within Colombian office for all security management concerns
- Ensure applicable tax withholding and deductions are taken care of as per the Colombia laws and regulations on all payments.



Assure all taxes and related activities, are submitted properly and in time, aligned with our third-party support.
- Provide support in administrative management, human resources, subcontractor contracting, procurement, logistics, IT, office management and safety and security aspects
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in financial and administrative management of large, complex donor‑funded projects
- Demonstrated experience managing International Government‑funded, including compliance with donor cost principles and audit requirements
- Strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit management
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Experience working in Colombia and familiarity with Colombian financial and labour regulations required
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
