Family Law

Paralegal (Full-time – Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Paralegal with a strong background in Family Law to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at high-quality legal writing, and possesses an analytical mind for document review and strict compliance.

The adecuado candidate will operate with high accuracy under pressure, managing case files efficiently using Clio and Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities

Legal Writing & Drafting: Draft, format, and proofread clear, accurate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, correspondence, and family law agreements.

Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of discovery materials, financial disclosures, and legal correspondence with an exceptional eye for detail.

Compliance Management: Ensure all actions and documentation strictly adhere to firm policies and legal regulations,



identifying and mitigating any risks that could jeopardize compliance.

Case Management: Maintain, organize, and update client files within Clio, ensuring the database is the single source of truth for the firm.

Daily Operations: Coordinate daily tasks, manage calendars, track deadlines, and collaborate smoothly using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Client Communication: Handle sensitive family law client communications with professionalism, empathy, and absolute confidentiality. Requirements

Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a Family Law practice (Required). Preferably in California.

Software Expertise: Hands-on experience and proficiency with Clio (CMS) and Microsoft 365. (Required)

Language: Fluent/C1+ written and spoken English, with a strong grasp of legal terminology.

Speed & Accuracy: Ability to produce highly accurate work product in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compliance Focus: Strong understanding of legal ethics, confidentiality, and compliance risk management. Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), Monday to Friday.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, 100% Remote.

Salary: $1600 - $1800 USD per month
