We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Estimator Assistant to join our remote team. What You’ll Do
Support Estimators with takeoffs, submittals, and orders
Track project documents, addendums, and RFIs
Communicate with vendors for pricing & lead times
Help keep project logs accurate and organized
Learn JJAS processes and Division 8 products to grow into your own estimates
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Organized and proactive
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Clear communicator, written & verbal (Spanish and English)
Prior construction/estimating experience is a plus
Civil engineering graduate or similar is a plus
