The Role

We are looking for an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for early careers and graduate talent in Bogotá, Colombia. In this remote role, you will partner with business leaders to design and execute campus recruitment strategies, internship programs, and entry level hiring initiatives that build strong, diverse pipelines of emerging talent.

What You Will Actually Do

- Lead end to end recruitment projects focused on early careers and graduate talent, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational needs
- Partner with business leaders to design and execute campus recruitment strategies, internship programs, and entry level hiring initiatives
- Build strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to develop diverse pipelines of emerging talent
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, balancing operational efficiency with candidate experience
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including digital outreach, social media, and campus engagement, to attract high potential early career candidates
- Provide guidance and market insights to stakeholders on trends in early careers hiring and talent development
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, methodologies, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with regional and general teams to align early careers initiatives with broader talent acquisition goals

What You Bring

- Experience recruiting within the campus and early careers space, including internship programs and entry level hiring
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders at the University level
- Experience managing the student hiring cycle end to end
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is a must
- Proven high volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, ability to pivot quickly, and ability to serve as a company ambassador with emerging talent
- Strong network within universities and professional associations, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in ATS, CRM tools, and digital sourcing platforms
- Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for developing the next generation of talent
