Ace Link Solutions is seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead our Colombia Load Planning team supporting a U.S.-based asset carrier. (AGM Transport)
This is one of the most critical leadership positions within our organization.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Colombia Load Planning team.
- Oversee daily load planning and dispatch operations.
- Drive operational efficiency, equipment utilization, and service performance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop future Load Planners.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Safety, Billing, and U.S. Operations.
- Manage operational escalations and critical service issues.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment with U.S. leadership.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in U.S. trucking or transportation operations.
- Experience leading dispatch, load planning, or fleet operations.
- Advanced English (C1).
- Strong knowledge of TMS platforms and dispatch operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
