BA Integral Talent is seeking a proactive, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist in Colombia to support client campaigns and boost internal brand presence. This is a part-time, high-impact role. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of digital advertising and content execution across social media platforms.

From building persuasive ad creatives to analyzing performance metrics, your work will directly impact client success and brand visibility. You’ll also contribute to website improvements and support the marketing team in crafting compelling, conversion-focused user experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)




- Design high-performing ad creatives and persuasive copy
- Make conversion-oriented tweaks to the website (CSS/HTML/UX edits)
- Execute the content calendar across social platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn)
- Track key marketing KPIs, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience running and scaling Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic landing page or WordPress edits
- Experience with Notion or similar task management platforms
- Self-starter with strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail

Nice to have:

- Experience with Google Ads
- WordPress development or plugin familiarity
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and
