We are seeking an experienced Data Mining Team Leader to lead and develop a team responsible for sourcing high-quality leads for our diabetic supplies cold calling campaigns.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be expected to manage team performance, maintain lead quality, provide coaching, and assist with data mining and lead generation when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Data Miners
- Monitor daily productivity, lead quality, and performance metrics
- Conduct quality assurance and provide regular feedback
- Train new Data Miners on sourcing methods, quality standards, and best practices
- Ensure leads meet company qualification requirements before submission
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with data mining and lead generation when necessary
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with management to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing a lead generation or data mining team
- Strong background in lead generation, data mining, and data scraping
- Experience finding and verifying high-quality leads using multiple online sources
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple team members while maintaining quality standards
- Proficient in Google Sheets,



Microsoft Excel, and online research tools
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office

Preferred Experience Experience using one or more of the following:

- Spokeo
- FastPeopleSearch
- Whitepages
- Other lead generation and data scraping tools

Healthcare, medical, or diabetic supplies experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule

9AM - 5PM EST Monday to Friday

Fixed Saturday and Sunday off

Compensation

- $5.00 USD per hour
