Jetpacks! is looking for someone to join our LatAm team as Data Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for turning operational and delivery data into clear insights that help our client optimize every stage of the last-mile journey.

Our client is building the next generation of last mile logistics technology. Their software powers the delivery lifecycle from routing and driver assignment to real time operations, customer visibility, and delivery performance. As Data Analyst, you'll dig into that data daily, helping the team understand what's working, what's not, and where the next big improvement is hiding.

Role Responsibilities

- Analyze operational data across routing, driver assignment, and delivery performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the team real-time visibility into delivery operations.
- Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to define key metrics and track them consistently.
- Investigate anomalies in delivery performance data and present clear, actionable findings.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests to help leadership make faster, data-informed decisions.
- Clean, validate, and structure large datasets to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Write SQL queries and use analytics tools to extract, transform, and visualize data.
- Document analysis methodology and findings so insights are easy to share and reuse.

How will you be supported? You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet.



Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and are having a productive and enjoyable experience.

Role Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytics role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Comfort working with data from operational or logistics systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Availability to work either a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday schedule.
- Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the logistics, delivery, or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with Python or another scripting language for data analysis.
- Experience working with real time or streaming data.
- Background working in a fast-paced startup environment.
