Responsibilities and more: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify potential business opportunities, contact prospective customers through cold calling and email outreach, and qualify leads to drive revenue growth.

Prospecting & Research:

- Identify target companies and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or industry databases.





Cold Outreach:
- Conduct multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold phone calls, tailored emails, personalized LinkedIn messages).

Lead Qualification:
- Evaluate potential clients based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT criteria) to determine fit.

Pipeline Management:
- Schedule product demonstrations or discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Objection Handling
- Confidently navigate rejections.
- Answer product questions.
- Articulate value propositions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of sales, cold calling, or business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo).
- Resilience, grit, and self-motivation in a target-driven environment.
