We are seeking a highly creative and AI-savvy AI Design & Creative Specialist to support our growing interior design team. This role is idóneo for someone who is already immersed in AI-powered creative tools and can produce high-quality interior and exterior visualizations, digital content, and branded materials. As AI continues to reshape the design industry, this position will play a key role in developing and improving our AI-driven design workflow.
Key Responsibilities
AI Design & Visualization
- Prepare floor plans for AI-assisted design sessions.
- Generate, refine, and upscale interior and exterior visualizations using AI tools.
- Work extensively with Claude, ChatGPT Image Tools, Midjourney, Magnific AI, and similar platforms.
- Continuously improve AI workflows to increase speed, quality, and consistency.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and implement new tools and best practices.
Social Media & Digital
- Create and publish content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Produce engaging Reels and short-form video content.
- Schedule and manage social media platforms.
- Update and maintain the company website.
Creative & Graphic Design
- Design presentation decks, marketing materials, and branded graphics.
- Execute creative direction while incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and design quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience using AI creative tools as part of your daily workflow.
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated visualizations and creative projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, color, lighting, and aesthetics.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Interior design background with basic CAD and SketchUp knowledge is a strong plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to continuously improve AI workflows.
