? What is the challenge about?

You will be a fundamental pillar in managing the organization's legal and regulatory risks. You will focus primarily on contract management, commercial and corporate law , supporting projects at our plants, and managing relationships with public entities.

? Key Responsibilities:

- ? Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.
- ? Corporate Law & Governance: Support the General Secretariat, corporate/entity management, and intellectual property matters.
- ? Comprehensive Advisory: Provide legal counsel and opinions on commercial matters to cross-functional areas and business units nationally and internationally.
- ?️ Institutional Affairs: Assist with relationships, requests, and compliance before state and regulatory authorities.





? Must-Have Requirements (Mandatory):

- ? Education: Law Degree. Specialization in Commercial, Corporate, or Contract Law.
- ?️ Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (Spoken fluency will be evaluated during the hiring process) .
- ? Specific Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience exclusively in Commercial, Corporate, and Contract Law , gained in:
- Law firms specialized in Commercial/Corporate Law.
- Commercial, Corporate, and Contract Law practice groups at top-tier law firms.
- In-house Legal Departments of multinational corporations.

- ? Technical Expertise: Proven, solid background in commercial contracting, corporate law, and business transactions.
- ? Key Skills: Strong teamwork abilities, agility, adaptability, and business acumen.
