Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily communication with subcontractors and suppliers.

- Communicate with Spanish-speaking field crews.

- Request and compare subcontractor and material quotes.

- Track contracts, insurance certificates, W-9s, and lien waivers.

- Follow up on deliveries and material orders.

- Coordinate inspections and permit-related activities.

- Update project schedules, logs, and Asana.

- Support Project Managers with administrative and coordination tasks.

- Maintain organized project documentation.

- Assist in resolving day-to-day construction issues.

Minimum Requirements

- Fluent in

Spanish and English

(written and spoken).

- 2+ years supporting

U.S. residential construction

.

- Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.





- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, Asana, or similar software is preferred.

- Comfortable working
