We're looking for a proactive, client-focused SEO & Website Client Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our SEO and website clients. This role combines account management, client success, and sales, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to help them grow their businesses.

You'll work closely with our SEO specialists, project managers, designers, developers, and leadership team to ensure projects stay on track and clients achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SEO and website clients.
- Prepare and deliver monthly SEO performance reports using company templates.
- Record personalized video updates explaining campaign performance and next steps.
- Lead scheduled client meetings, strategy calls, and review sessions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Coordinate internally with project managers, SEO specialists, designers, developers, and other departments to ensure timely completion of client requests.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional marketing services that align with each client's business goals.
- Ensure client expectations are managed and projects remain on schedule.
- Document client communications,



action items, and follow-up tasks within company systems.
- Monitor client satisfaction and help improve retention by providing an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to clients through Zoom meetings and recorded video updates.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Sales-minded with the ability to recognize upsell opportunities naturally.
- Experience with SEO or website projects is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working with project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Google Business Profile.
- Familiarity with WordPress or website management.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies.
- Understanding of Local SEO and Google Maps optimization.
