Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day handling of incoming requests through the central request list and
- Client Information Security Support mailbox, ensuring requests are logged, prioritised, tracked, and responded to within agreed service levels.
- Complete client security assessments in line with agreed requirements and timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather information, address queries, and ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Support Senior Manager or Director in client meetings to discuss security requirements providing clear explanations, addressing queries, and supporting alignment between client expectations and internal security controls.
- Support client security audits, either remotely or in person as required, providing
- Information, responding to queries, and supporting evidence review in line with agreed security controls.
- Maintain and update client security documentation and records, ensuring assessment
- Responses, audit evidence, and contractual security requirements are accurately captured and readily available.
Key Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years in roles related to automation, innovation, continuous improvement, or service design.
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computing Science, or related field.
- Some education in Service Design is desirable.
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, etc.).
- Knowledge of service design methodologies (Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping).
- English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Project management knowledge (Agile or traditional).
- Desirable certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar.
- Other characteristics: accurate, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team, deadline driven and able to maintain a portfolio of clients.
