PRIMO is seeking a Claims Specialist to manage cargo loss and damage claims from intake through resolution. You will investigate claims, review documentation, coordinate with carriers, customers, and insurers, and ensure timely, accurate resolutions while protecting the company’s financial interests.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced English, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel with familiarity of TMS or claims systems.
