EPAM is a leading integral provider of digital platform engineering and development services. We are committed to having a positive impact on our customers, our employees, and our communities. We embrace a dynamic and inclusive culture.
Here you will collaborate with multi-national teams, contribute to a myriad of innovative projects that deliver the most creative and cutting-edge solutions, and have an opportunity to continuously learn and grow. No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.
We are looking for a highly experienced, business-facing Business Solution Architect to lead a critical Revenue Cloud implementation.
In this role, you will serve as the main connection point between business stakeholders and our globally distributed IT and QA teams. You will collaborate directly with the business-side ARM Product Owner to shape, negotiate, and convert complex business requirements into clear functional designs and actionable user stories. This position calls for a solid grasp of the Quote-to-Cash landscape, particularly within a multi-tier channel sales model that includes distributors and resellers.
Responsibilities
Act as the direct IT partner to the Business ARM Product Owner and co-facilitate discovery and alignment sessions with key business units such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
Convert complex business processes and pricing logic into thorough functional designs and precise user stories for the development teams
Design and optimize ARM workflows in a partner portal setting,
making sure the system supports multi-tier channel sales models where pricing goes to distributors and resellers instead of direct-to-end-customer
Collaborate closely with a globally distributed IT Center of Excellence, including Program Managers, Solutions Architects in Canada, Developers in India, and Salesforce/ARM Admins
Team up with the QA group in India to ensure test plans faithfully reflect the functional designs and business intent captured in the user stories
Coordinate and interact smoothly with an external Systems Integrator partner currently supporting the ARM rollout
Requirements
No less than 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years spent in a leadership, architect, owner, or coordinator role
Participation in at least 5 projects, or a track record of launching a product or key product capabilities to the market
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade programs that are multi-workstream, involve 20 or more FTEs, and run across multiple years
Applied expertise with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
Comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) landscape and full lifecycle
Proven background working with partner portals and handling the complexities of multi-tier channel models along with distributor pricing limits
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate and explain technical system functionalities directly to non-technical business leaders, such as clarifying ARM architecture constraints for Finance and Legal
Strong experience preparing functional specifications, developing user stories, and connecting business needs with technical execution within Agile delivery frameworks
Excellent written and spoken English at C1 business level, along with executive-quality presentation skills
Nice to have
Hands-on background with Salesforce CPQ for configuration, pricing, and quoting processes
Applied experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for creating partner and customer portals
We offer
International projects with top brands
Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers
Healthcare benefits
Employee financial programs
Paid time off and sick leave

Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses
