What will your responsibilities be?

- Manage and lead reporting and descriptive analytics processes, generating real-time insights to optimize operations.
- Lead direct team members (Data Specialists / Analysts), driving high-performance deliverables and quality parameters.
- Create, maintain, and automate detailed reporting dashboards and reporting workflows for executive decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing structured improvement plans (PSP).
- Collaborate closely with operations and cross-functional teams to identify data quality and efficiency enhancement opportunities.

Requirements:

- Academic background: Technical degree or undergraduate student in final semesters (Engineering, Systems, Mathematics, Data Analysis, Programming, or related fields).




- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business intelligence, descriptive analytics, or data reporting. Sales background or call center/BPO industry experience is a plus.
- Technical knowledge:
- Advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, advanced functions).
- Advanced Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Basic to Intermediate SQL.
- Strong logical-mathematical and analytical skills.
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Problem-solving orientation, communication skills, and leadership drive/potential.
- Languages: English Level B2.
- Location: Bogotá (On-site at Connecta).

- Scheldule: 42-hour work week: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
