We need a hunter-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) who doesn't wait for opportunities — they create them. If you thrive on building pipelines from scratch, opening doors in new markets, and closing high-value deals, this role was designed for you. What you’ll do:
Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and strategic lead generation.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
Deliver tailored presentations and value-driven solutions aligned to client needs.
Hit and exceed revenue targets and KPIs consistently.
Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client value.
Build lasting relationships with decision-makers across target accounts. What we’re looking for:
Degree in logistics, business administration, international business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics sales,
freight brokerage, or transportation sales.
Proven hunter mentality with a track record of new business acquisition.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
HubSpot CRM experience preferred.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English — strong verbal and written communication is a must.
