About the Role

We are a fast-growing US company looking for an elite, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiting and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a high-impact, hybrid role where you will manage our initial hiring funnel and act as our frontline champion for customer relation recoveries. You will be responsible for high-volume phone screening, managing interview logistics for our US-based leadership team, and handling critical administrative tasks using modern tech tools.

What You Will Do Daily:





- Conduct 60 to 80 initial phone screening calls per week with job applicants.
- Critically evaluate applicants and decide who meets our standards to move forward to an in-person interview.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews directly onto our US in-house staff's calendars.
- Call back guests or customers when an order is messed up, offering a sincere, professional apology and executing a resolution.
- Execute data entry, tracking, and organization across our company systems.

Core Requirements
- Absolute verbal fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable handling tough, fast-paced conversations over the phone.
- Expert knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Highly proficient in professional Slack communication (fast typing speed, clear messaging structures).
- High familiarity with leveraging AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to draft correspondence, analyze notes, or optimize workflows.
- A quiet home-office workspace.
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
- A reliable backup power/internet solution.
