A dynamic recruitment firm is seeking a Talent Scout / Recruitment SDR in Colombia. This role is phone-first, focusing on reaching candidates in both Spanish and English. You will manage the recruitment pipeline, updating progress in the ATS and earning bonuses for each qualified candidate.
Idóneo candidates are self-directed, enjoy engaging conversations, and have at least 1 year in a phone-heavy position. The flexible schedule allows for a minimum commitment of 2 hours a day during European working hours.
