We're looking for bilingual (English & Spanish) Intake Agents who are eager to build a long-term remote career. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for professional growth.
AI Case Leads is seeking a Remote Bilingual Intake Agent to join our growing team.
As an Intake Agent, you will be the first point of contact for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents. Your primary responsibility is to gather accurate information about the client and the accident, determine whether the case meets our qualification criteria, and guide qualified clients through the next steps.
Calls may be inbound, when prospective clients contact us directly, or outbound, when following up with individuals who have previously submitted their information through our system.
During your paid training, you will learn our qualification process and how to identify eligible cases. Once a client qualifies and agrees to move forward, you will connect them with one of the law firms we partner with so they can evaluate the case.
Compensation
Paid Training: USD $5.00 per hour
Production Pay: USD $6.00 per hour after completing training
Commission: USD $25 for every qualified lead you close (unlimited earning potential)
Additional team performance bonuses
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Gather accurate information about clients and their motor vehicle accidents.
Determine case eligibility by following company guidelines.
Build rapport with prospective clients while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Accurately document all information in the company's CRM.
Transfer qualified clients to the appropriate law firm.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during every interaction.
Required Skills
Fluent English and Spanish (B2 level or higher in English) – Required.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Additional Details
100% remote position.
Independent Contractor position.
Full-time (40 hours per week).
Paid one-week training.
Our operation runs 24/7, so schedules may vary depending on business needs.
No previous experience required.
